'Plot', chainsaw, football and a Januery 'happening'
The 'Plot' is temporarily on hold just now - too cold to do anything much on the gardening front. It hit minus 9 last night apparently. Spectacular scenery to wake up to in the morning.

The chainsaw acquired a new chain this morning and has already been in action in the garden. It cuts through wood like butter. Should have got a new chain for it months ago! The hedge cutter went in for a service today as well. Spring could be arriving next week perhaps? I hope so.

Rangers play Inverness on Sunday. Should be a good game, just hope the scoring doesn't go into double figures. Some interesting things happening at Ross County and Inverness football club just now. And with the transfer market fast approaching there could be some changes on the pitch wih new players in and old ones out.

An article for the new year about a January 'happening' that happened a few years ago in this part of the world: http://www.ruralgateway.org.uk/cgi-bin/item.cgi?id=1158
